Job Summary The Machine Operator Cycle Count/Slotting is responsible for maintaining inventory and investigating internal discrepancies with the use of heavy machinery. Essential Job Functions * Operates machinery to complete daily tasks. Assists in supervision and completion of quarterly inventories. Investigates shortages on receipts and takes corrective action. Disposition tasks presented as trigger for investigation. Daily spot checking of finished goods/raw material inventories at random. Review inventory adjustment lists daily and investigate variances. Investigate trail of inventory losses. Support operations team when inventory is in need of correction to complete tasks. Comply with company policies and procedures. Support and follow internal health and safety programs and protocols. Competencies Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Valid forklift license required - Order Picker, Reach, DD Communication skills written, verbal and ability to read and understand internal documents. Experience with Warehouse Management System and inventory systems is an asset.Must be able to lift 40 pounds.High levels of precision and attention to detail.
