Busperson Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Sets table with cutlery, crockery, linens and glassware as per Holt Renfrew standards. Ensures all items are perfectly clean. Refills all condiment holders and supplies. Assists Servers in delivering orders as needed. Refills water, bread etc as required. Removes dishes after courses. Brings used dishes, cutlery and serving plates to the cleaning station. Changes linens as required. Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.
