Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. A background in laboratory work is a plus, as it may enhance your ability to assist with various tasks. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic''s calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services. Handle billing and payment transactions with attention to detail. Experience Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care environment is preferred. Experience in AVIMARK is preferred.
