About Us Cumberland Private Wealth Management is a leading independent wealth management firm dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate client outreach for annual information updates. Position Summary This role is responsible for engaging with our clients to coordinate and arrange the timely completion of annual information updates with assigned client Portfolio Managers (CPM) and support the onboarding and introduction process for new accounts. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring information is complete and current while delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Client Outreach for Information Updates Proactively contact clients by email/phone/secure portal to request and coordinate information updates, track responses, and schedule CPM/client discussions. Maintain a complete outreach log (attempts, outcomes, next steps) in the CRM; update client profile status and flags. Work with a registered CPM on the Kow Your Client (KYC) process and confirm updates. Follow the escalation path with CPM''s and management. Account Opening Support Coordinate and complete new account setup, ensuring all documentation meets company standards. Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Client Portfolio Managers) as required. Monitor and update client profiles in company systems. Compliance & Risk Management: Track regulatory deadlines. Support management reporting on refresh rates, delinquency reduction, and cycletime metrics. Qualifications Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, or related field. Minimum 23 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client onboarding or compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of CIRO/OSC regulations and account opening workflows. Strong attention to detail and organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Preferred Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Familiarity with custodian and wealth management platforms.
