Hello, We are Omulique Lawyers, a Canadian law firm based in Toronto. We focus on immigration, business, and contracts law, and we help clients obtain work permits, permanent residence, visas, sponsorship, Express Entry, H&C, and other immigration programs. Most of our clients are newcomers from different countries all over the world who want to build a stable life in Canada legally and confidently. We are looking for a Legal Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our clients. Someone friendly, reliable, and organized who enjoys helping people and can manage day-to-day communication efficiently. What you''ll do: Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from clients and new inquiries Schedule consultations and organize the lawyer''s calendar Communicate with clients professionally and clearly Keep track of client files, forms, and updates in our internal system Assist with drafting and formatting simple letters or forms (training provided) Coordinate document collection from clients and ensure everything is complete before submission Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all client interactions Who we''re looking for: Someone fluent in English with excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and solid writing ability Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Good computer skills (Google Drive, email, simple spreadsheets) Friendly and patient when speaking with clients Experience in a legal or administrative role is an advantage but not required Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian languages is preferred If you want a meaningful job helping real people with real immigration stories, this position is for you.
