In-House Sales Desk Representative Impactica On-site, Ave NW, Edmonton Impactica is a busy, friendly southside print shop. We''re adding an In-House Sales Desk Rep who can keep conversations moving, quotes accurate, and customers smiling. What you''ll do Communicate with established clients to process orders and provide accurate quotes Partner with the Pre-press team to ensure files and specs are correct before production Build relationships with prospects and convert them into customers Manage communications primarily via email and phone (timely, clear, and friendly) Keep tidy records of quotes, orders, and follow-ups in our systems What you bring Previous sales experience (required) print industry experience is a plus but not required Fantastic communication skills with a friendly, professional vibe Detail focus and timely follow-through Comfort juggling multiple requests and deadlines. Nice-to-haves Experience in a print is great but not necessary.
