Beker Fashions has been a leader in event dressing for the North American market for decades. Our products are locally designed, manufactured, and warehoused in Toronto. We are currently seeking a General Warehouse and Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our busy and growing manufacturing facility. Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities Receive and inspect all items from external vendors and customers; verify packing slips and quantities, enter items into the system, and distribute them to the appropriate department. Pack all dresses for shipment, including preparing boxes, inspecting garments, packing, labeling, invoicing, and attaching all required documentation using carrier systems. Maintain accurate warehouse inventory. Organize pickup and delivery schedules for the driver and prepare all necessary paperwork. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic mathematical ability. Ability to weigh and measure items accurately. Knowledge of safe lifting and handling methods. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Computer literacy, including proficiency with Excel and email. High attention to detail in all areas of work. Strong time-management and prioritization skills. Strong work ethic; respectful, loyal, and a positive team attitude.
