Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front desk support, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations within our chiropractic practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with clerical, medical office, or customer service experience to contribute to patient care and clinic efficiency. The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for handling patient interactions, managing appointments, and supporting the clinical team with various administrative duties. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally at the front desk, providing excellent customer service Manage multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits with professionalism and empathy Maintain accurate patient records through data entry and filing systems and employ time management skills in a busy multi-disciplinary clinic Utilize software such as Aspire PMP, Jane PMP, Microsoft Office, and Email for administrative tasks Process payments and discuss/perform billing, and insurance documentation with patients confidently Support practitioners working in Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage therapy and Naturopathy Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring proper documentation Support the clinical team with clerical tasks including proofreading documents and organizing files Manage office supplies inventory and ensure the cleanliness of the front desk area Answer questions regarding services, policies, or procedures in a courteous manner Perform general administrative duties including typing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records Skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Aspire Patient Management Program (PMP), Jane (PMP) and Email Fast and accurate keyboarding skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping Previous office experience, particularly in medical or chiro/physio settings is advantageous Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and administrative support tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of medical office procedures and chiro/physio office experience is a plus but not required Why join us?
