We are currently seeking a dependable Skilled Labourer to support daily operations and help keep our yard organized and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Tarp, chain, and prepare loads for shipment Load and unload materials using yard equipment Maintain yard cleanliness, safety, and organization Assist dispatch with daily operational tasks Perform general labour and material-handling duties as required Requirements Previous skilled labour, yard, or trucking industry experience an asset Ability to lift and secure tarps, chains, and flatbed equipment Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift or equipment experience an asset (training can be provided) Why Join Paddock?
