We want leaders, Let''s grow together The Role As our Crew Lead, you''ll be responsible for managing a 25 person painting crew, ensuring jobs are completed with excellence and efficiency. You''ll be the bridge between the field and the office keeping clients happy, jobs on track, and your team dialed in.
