Job Summary: We''re looking for a Project Lead with 2+ years of hands-on experience in various trades, including kitchen cabinet installation, painting, flooring installation, and drywall installation. As a Trades Helper, you''ll assist our experienced tradespeople in completing projects efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: Assist in installing kitchen cabinets, drywall, flooring, and painting Prepare work areas, materials, and tools for projects Perform tasks as directed by senior tradespeople Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience in trades (kitchen cabinet installation, painting, flooring installation, drywall installation) Own vehicle and basic hand tools (e.g., hammer, tape measure, level, hard hat, steel toe boots) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver materials Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Overtime and weekend work may be required Out of town / travel required.
