ALCO Energy Solutions designs, fabricates, and assembles oil and gas processing equipment for the domestic and global market. Alco is seeking B-Pressure Vessel Fabricators to work within our production facility. NOTE: We are not accepting Rig Welders at this time Duties include but are not limited to: Reporting to the department foreman, the successful candidate''s duties include, but are not limited to: The ability to use tools and equipment safely, while abiding by health and safety protocols Maintaining a clean and organized work area, and helping others maintain their work area Intermediate to advanced fabrication experience in pressure vessel manufacturing Fitting and Welding of pressure vessels to meet drawing and code requirements Working at heights is required, training will be provided Preferred Skills: In this role, the successful candidates will have: Minimum 3+ years of experience in fabrication and welding of pressure vessels Pre-access Welder Qualification testing required Ability read interpret blueprints and welding procedures Ability to weld with the following processes: GMAW-RMD, SMAW, FCAW, and MCAW Perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication, positive attitude, collaborative skills, and ability to follow directions Ability to lift up to 50lbs, work at heights, be agile and work on/off equipment, up/down ladders Working Conditions: You will work in a large manufacturing facility with other trades present Longer than 10.0-hour workdays may be required with short notice, must be available to work weekends when needed Working indoors Physically demanding position Culture Promote a culture that supports our health and safety program, ethical business practices, individual integrity, social responsibility and operational performance.
