Job Description: Third Eye Security Services is currently hiring professional and reliable Bouncers/Doormen to join our growing team. As a frontline representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of guests and staff at various venues including bars, nightclubs, private events, and entertainment establishments. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests in a professional and respectful manner Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance Maintain crowd control and prevent overcapacity Monitor guest behavior and diffuse conflicts when necessary Escort individuals out of the premises when required Report incidents to management and/or law enforcement as needed Perform regular patrols of the venue to ensure safety Communicate with other security staff via radio or mobile Enforce venue policies and safety protocols Qualifications: Valid Ontario Security Guard License (Mandatory) Prior experience in nightlife security or crowd management preferred Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods Calm under pressure and able to make quick decisions Must be reliable, professional, and punctual Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
