The position commences July1,2026 subject to final budgetary approval. Overview The role is responsible for securing a variety of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements annually, creating and implementing strategies for community partner recruitment and retention, supporting students and faculty in navigating organizational interlinkages and preparing field education documents, maintaining records, and reviewing and assessing Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition submissions. Category: Fulltime Tenure TrackSalary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience. New hires will normally be placed within the first 7 steps of the Professional Faculty salary table.Closing Date: January2,2026. Responsibilities Secure a variety of WIL placements annually. Develop and implement strategies for community partner recruitment and retention. Support students and faculty with organizational interlinkages, clearances, and preparation of field education documents. Maintain accurate records and field education documentation. Review and assess Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition submissions. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of a bachelors degree in education, criminal justice, or a related field. Experience working in a postsecondary environment. Passion for WIL education for undergraduate students. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team. Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability. Willingness to engage in service to the Department, Faculty, and University.
