Resolve member issues with professionalism, speed, and care. Maintain a high standard of customer service and member engagement. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of sales leadership or fitness studio/retail management experience required. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance. Background in fitness, wellness, or health services is strongly preferred. Post-secondary education in business, fitness, or related field an asset. Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM/sales software and scheduling systems. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Passionate about health, fitness, and community-building.
