What You BringStrong HR Generalist background with expertise in compensation & benefits.Proven experience implementing HR technologies/systems.Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.Demonstrated success aligning HR initiatives with business outcomes.Undergraduate degree required; HR post-graduate certification preferred.
