Position Overview:The Supply Chain Specialist plays a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventory counts and assisting with stock reconciliation tasks. We encourage thoughtful decision-making, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering reliable service across all departments.Key Responsibilities:Perform scheduled inventory counts, verifying quantities and recording any variances.Operate Standing Reach Forklift and Cherry PickerInvestigate and help resolve issues such as missing items or stock discrepancies.Maintain clean, organized storage areas with accurate labels and visible product placement.Support other warehouse and inventory-related duties as required.Skills & Qualifications:Comfortable performing basic math and data entryAble to read and communicate clearly in EnglishStrong attention to detail and a focus on accuracyFamiliarity with spreadsheets and basic computer tasks (Excel, email, etc.)Education & Certification:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMust have a Reach Forklift License (standing reach) and Cherry PickerPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftCapable of lifting up to 50 lbs independentlyWillingness to follow established routines and procedures with consistency
