Senior Project Manager Water/Wastewater Construction We''re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a major water and wastewater infrastructure project based in Winnipeg . The ideal candidate will be a Canadian citizen who is comfortable with semi regular travel to Arizona during the first six months of the role. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, staffing, and execution of large-scale water/wastewater treatment projects. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Oversee project delivery using methods such as Progressive Design-Build, CM-at-Risk, or Design-Bid-Build. Ensure safety compliance and support technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: 815 years of experience in heavy civil or industrial construction, with at least 3 years in water/wastewater projects. Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills. Engineering or construction management degree (or equivalent experience). Willingness to travel regularly to Arizona during initial project phase. Compensation: Base salary range: $150,000 $225,000 USD , depending on experience.
