Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Full-Time HVAC Service Technician with 23 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be licensed for gas work and have a strong foundation in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN THE GTA (ONTARIO, CANADA) Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units) - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance - Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining work performed and system conditions - Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards - Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and hours worked - Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner Qualifications: - 23 years of HVAC service experience - Valid Gas Technician License (G2 or G1) required - HVAC certification from a recognized trade school or apprenticeship program - Valid drivers license with a clean driving record - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills Assets (not required): - 313D or 313A refrigeration license - ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) Certification - Experience with smart home systems or HVAC controls What We Offer: - Competitive hourly wage (based on experience and certifications) - Company vehicle and fuel card - Uniforms and company-paid PPE - Health and dental benefits - Ongoing training and development - Opportunity to grow within the company How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to [email protected] with the subject line HVAC Service Technician Application [Your Name].
