Summary In this role, you will support our clients (law firms, paralegals, conveyancers, and real estate professionals) by providing onboarding, training, and ongoing product support. Your experience in real estate law and conveyancing in Alberta will allow you to advise and guide clients and colleagues on best practices and how to get the most out of our software. Responsibilities - Provide hands-on support to users via email, phone, and virtual meetings - Act as a subject matter expert for Alberta-specific real estate transaction processes - Collaborate with product and development teams to relay client feedback and improve the platform - Assist with documentation, tutorials, and internal knowledge bases - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service Requirements - 3-5+ years of experience in Alberta real estate conveyancing (law firm or in-house) - Paralegal diploma or related legal training preferred - Strong understanding of Alberta Land Titles, SPIN II, and conveyancing workflows - Comfortable with legal software and technology tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, proactive, and client-focused - Experience in a support, training, or client-facing role is a strong asset If you're ready to make an impact in the legal tech industry and help transform the property closing experience, we invite you to apply for the Real Estate Analyst position at Lawlabs Inc.
