Compensation and Benefits Competitive Salary: We offer very competitive compensation and extended health and dental benefits. Annual Bonus: Beginning in your second year, youll be eligible for a yearend bonus based on individual and firm performance. When we win, we win as a team. Generous Vacation: Enjoy two weeks of paid vacation (taken at your discretion) plus time off from December21 to January5. After two years, vacation time increases to three weeks.
