## Job Description The Starbucks Supervisor reports to the Retail Manager and is responsible for the supervision of staff and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the Starbucks location while adhering to the strict guidelines as set by Starbucks and ARAMARK ## Job Responsibilities Maintain and assist with the weekly inventory of all product and marketing items. Ensure all employees adhere to the duties as outlined below and ensure the smooth operation of location. Responsible for overseeing the complete preparation and service of all menu items as outlined by the Starbucks brand standards Ensuring an adequate supply of product according to customer demand. Report all low stock items to the Manager. Reporting any staff issues and concerns to the Manager. Provide efficient service while maintaining excellent customer service. Effectively train all front-line Starbucks employees as per Starbuck brand standards including customer service Continuously ensure/maintain a clean work/surrounding area environment as per the Star Bucks Brand guidelines for health and safety and cleanliness. Assist with any food preparation/stocking/inventory/cleaning as required. Adhere to ARAMARK Policies and Procedures and Health & Safety practices/regulations Ensuring all locations are closed and locked at shift end. Must follow all ARAMARK cash handling policies and procedures. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations on any unit. Must have good communication skills with Supervisor/Manager and employees. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to go into all positions within Starbuck to assist in operational duties. ## Qualifications * Secondary School or equivalent certificate required. * Previous Starbucks training an asset. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Team player * Supervisory experience an asset. * Must be able to multi-task, and work independently. * Must be a customer-oriented person who pays strict attention to details. * Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts. * Serve Safe and first aid certifications an asset.
