Working closely with the sales, F&B, operations, and guest relations teams, this role ensures client expectations are exceeded while maximizing event profitability and guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the primary liaison for clients from initial inquiry through event execution and post-event follow-up. - Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and floor plans tailored to client needs. - Coordinate with internal departments including catering, audiovisual, housekeeping, and front office to ensure seamless operations. - Conduct pre-event meetings and walkthroughs with clients and hotel teams. - Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and proactively upselling hotel spaces, catering packages, and additional services. - Prepare and manage contracts, proposals, and budgets. - Monitor and track event expenses and revenue to meet departmental financial targets. - Oversee setup and execution of all events, ensuring brand standards, safety, and service quality are upheld. - Ensure seamless client and guest experiences during events, handling any last-minute adjustments with professionalism. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals. - Collect client feedback post-event and implement improvements when necessary. **Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field (preferred). - 35 years of experience in hotel events, catering sales, or hospitality management. - Strong knowledge of event software, budget management, and food & beverage operations. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure. - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. **Core Competencies** - Client-focused with strong service mindset - Strong leadership and team collaboration - Creative problem-solving and adaptability - Financial and business acumen - High attention to detail
