#### **Description** Concord Hospitality is seeking a positive and service-oriented Busser/Restaurant Attendant for Le Petit Chef''s immersive dining experience. This role requires flexibility to work evenings in a fast-paced environment. **Job Summary:** - Ensure restaurant is properly set and well-stocked for Le Petit Chef dinner operations prior to opening - Be knowledgeable of menu, hotel, and Le Petit Chef dining experience - Welcome guests & provide polished top-notch service - Interact with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience - Ensure tables are cleared, bussed, and turned over in a timely fashion to always maintain clean and professional image of the hotel and minimize wait times for guests to be seated - Collaborate with Servers & Kitchen Team to ensure efficiency of operations and guest satisfaction - Tidy & reset restaurant between each course - Assist with opening and closing tasks - Complete cleaning duties - Complete other restaurant duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications:** - Friendly and outgoing personality - Self-starter and takes initiative - Excellent team player - Works well under pressure and able to multitask - Flexible schedule, able to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays - One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry - Ability to work 6 to 8 hours on your feet at a time & lift up to 50 lbs Bilingualism in English & French is considered an asset. **Why Concord?** Our culture is built on our five Cornerstones: Quality, Integrity, Community, Profitability, and Fun.
