Throughout North America, Europe, South America and Asia, Napoleon creates memorable moments through our stunning designs and innovative technologies. **Title:** Sales Support Coordinator - 6 Month Contract (Hybrid) **Reports to:** Sales Operations Manager **Job Purpose:** To support the sales organization and facilitate administrative tasks. This position will support that sales organization. **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:** - Coordinate the onboarding of new sales associates. Send welcome email, prepare onboarding agenda, schedule meetings and request IT set up. - Manage VP expenses. - Process annual volume Rebate, quarterly rebate, and Coop credits as well as any price protection or escalated credit requests. - Provide National Account Manager support with customer requirements. - Create any PDF price books required ex: Grill dealer price book and distributor price book. - Create and maintain Grill dealer alliance order forms and Latin America order forms. - Prepare any purchase requisitions required for the sales organization. - Work independently and with cross-functional teams to improve processes. - Communicate with management team regularly. - Present weekly/monthly reports to the sales ops manager on price protection credits/escalated credits processed. - Assist with any additional administrative requirements for the sales organization. - Upload customer agreements to customer accounts in F&O. - Manage and review customer agreements to ensure details are reported out. - Maintain SOPs for any sales operations process and communicate any changes. - Update sales team contact list, playbook, and organization chart. Assist in maintaining and updating F&O rep. IDs and hierarchy. **Education and Experience:** - College Diploma - 3-5 years - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong excel skills and Power BI. Knowledge of DAX and Python an asset. - Ability to work with large amounts of data. Attention to detail.
