Working hand in hand with our sales, finance, production, fulfillment, creative, and marketing teams.Brand & Team LeadershipOperate as the general manager for our portfolio brands.Lead, coach, and scale a team of Brand ManagersSet brand-level goals, KPIs, and execution standardsDTC & E-Commerce ExecutionOversee commercial alignment; while Marketing and E-commerce teams own DTC performance and optimizationPartner with marketing and e-commerce teams on drops, launches, promotions, and site merchandisingDrive conversion, AOV, inventory flow, and launch readinessWholesale & Retail PartnershipsOwn brand execution across global wholesale and retail partnersPartner with Sales and key accounts on assortments, pricing, and sell-in strategySupport relationships with retailers such as Pacsun, Nordstrom, Scheels, Buckle, Boathouse, and WinnersMonitor sell-through, feedback, and in-market performance; adapt assortments accordinglyCommercial Performance & PlanningOwn brand-level revenue, margins, and operating performancePartner with Finance on planning and forecastingReview performance regularly and drive corrective actions across channelsLicensing & PartnershipsOwn licensed IP execution, approvals, compliance, and reportingEnsure timelines, deliverables, and brand standards are consistently metSupport renewals and evaluate future licensing opportunitiesProduct, Merchandising & Line PlanningTranslate brand vision into disciplined seasonal assortmentsBalance DTC demand, wholesale needs, inventory risk, and margin targetsPartner with Creative and Design on seasonal directionProduction, Operations & DeliveryOwn execution from buy approval through final deliveryPartner with Production, Supply Chain, and Fulfillment teamsSurface risks early to protect retail launches and DTC dropsProcess & ScaleStandardize brand operations across The Avid GroupImprove workflows and systems (Shopify, Monday.com, and related tools)Build scalable launch, drop, and reporting processesQualifications5+ years experience in brand operations, apparel, merchandising, DTC, and wholesale/retailProven experience selling into major retail partners (specialty, big-box, or global distributors)
