This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in office, located at 165 Rue Barr, Saint-Laurent, QC H4T 1W6. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for product questions, order support, shipping updates, and issue resolution, ensuring every interaction is professional, accurate, and efficient.Job Overview:Customer Support (Phone & Email): Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer emails in a professional, helpful mannerAnswer questions about products, availability, substitutions, and general account/order inquiriesResolve issues efficiently and escalate complex requests when neededOrders & Account Support:Support order placement, changes and cancellationsCreate/update customer profiles and maintain accurate customer informationProvide order confirmations, invoices/receipts, and required documentationShipping, Returns & Issue Resolution:Provide shipping timeframes, tracking updates, and delivery supportAssist with returns, exchanges, RMAs, and warranty inquiries according to company policySupport missing/damaged shipment claims and coordinate solutions with internal teams/carriersDocument customer interactions clearly in the CRM/order management systemProduct & System Knowledge:Learn key dental supply categories (consumables, infection control, instruments, equipment accessories)Suggest approved alternatives when items are out of stockStay current on promotions, discontinued products, and vendor updatesCross-Team Coordination:Coordinate with fulfillment/warehouse, purchasing, and sales to resolve customer needsFlag recurring issues and customer feedback to improve processesQualificationsFluent in English and French (spoken and written)3+ year experience in customer service (B2B support, call center, retail support, inside support, etc.)Strong phone communication and professional email writing skillsComfortable using CRMs/order entry systems and standard office toolsExcellent attention to detail (SKUs, quantities, shipping info, and policies)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDental, medical, or distribution/supply experience is an assetFamiliarity with dental terminology/products is an assetValid Driver's License Application Deadline: December 19, 2025.
