They are currently seeking a Trade & Pricing Specialist (Contract -18 months+) to join their Sales Operations team at their Mississauga corporate office.This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills to support critical pricing, trade programs, and customer data processes in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day activities related to customer trade and pricing.Review and resolve issues from customer velocity reports and billback deductions.Analyze variances using ERP data (D365) and Excel reporting tools.Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing) and external partners to resolve discrepancies.Administer pricing and off-invoice allowance agreements.Oversee accruals setup, adherence, and reconciliation.Maintain and update customer master data.Actively contribute as a team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.Perform other duties as assigned.Ideal Candidate ProfilePost-secondary education in Business or a related field.2 + years trade programs, pricing, sales data experienceExperience with D365 or similar ERP systems.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.Why Join Mother Parkers?Be part of a respected and innovative brand.Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.Make a measurable impact in a dynamic and growing organization.Enjoy opportunities for career growth and development.Flexible work programs that support work life balance including a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office
