Join us on our journey.The Digital Product Manager role is responsible for driving the planning and lead the delivery of key platform functionality such as new features, enhancements, architectural development, and reporting & analytics, that deliver value across Digital channels.**What You'll Do*** Own a product backlog and ensure they are prioritized to continuously remove customer friction and drive business value.* Own the end-to-end customer experience for account and card management journeys* Lead product discovery working through sophisticated problems to generate ideas and solutions* Partner with colleagues across all levels of the organization to identify business challenges and gain alignment on requirements & roadmap* Actively seek customer feedback, behaviors and analytics.* Run and own research on the customer as well as the market in order to build truly customer first solutions.* Active participant in scrum ceremonies such as refinement, story pointing, sprint planning and demos.* Define and implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) balancing between the digital strategy, execution of new features, and continuous optimization.* Be accountable for driving key metrics forward* Manage multiple and sometimes conflicting timelines.**What You Bring*** The successful candidate will hold a university degree, preferably in Business or Engineering* Minimum of 3-5 years of digital product management and agile/scrum experience.* Experience with agile/scrum software development methodology.* Flexibility to partner with stakeholders across all levels within and outside the organization.* Able to dive in to a problem area to pull insights and generate creative solutions.* Proficient presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.* Proficient with analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics), agile project management tools (Jira and/or Miro) and remote user testing.* Experience in experimentation and A/B testing* Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic group.Come and join a winning team who demonstrates innovation, energy, creativity and vision.
