Avanciers is a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization and we are currently recruiting for a long term contract role for one of our premier client in Canada for SAP Functional P2C Consultant.This is based in Canada (Remote) role and client is actively hiring for this position.Role: SAP Functional P2C ConsultantLocation: RemoteStrategic Design & Configuration: Act as the lead functional expert for SAP Procure-to-Cash (P2C) and Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench (TD/TSW), designing, configuring, and deploying solutions that directly align with commercial objectives and industry best practices.Business Partnership: Facilitate high-impact workshops with business leaders (Procurement, Trading, Scheduling) to deeply understand their challenges, define clear requirements, and champion the adoption of best-in-class SAP solutions.Solution Blueprinting: Develop precise functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow) objects, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure seamless development and integration.Quality Assurance & Deployment: Drive system and integration testing, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, and create comprehensive training materials to ensure a smooth, successful deployment.Support & Evolution: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and ongoing support, while proactively identifying and implementing process improvements to maximize system value and user efficiency.What You'll BringExperience: 4+ years of dedicated SAP functional consulting experience, with proven, hands-on expertise in P2C and/or TD/TSWideally within the Oil & Gas or a highly regulated commodities industry.Domain Expertise: A deep, actionable understanding of the end-to-end P2C/TD/TSW lifecycle, including complex procurement, trading deal management, and logistics scheduling.Technical Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in SAP system configuration, integration points (especially with other SAP modules), and experience with SAP S/4HANA.Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, a strong ability to solve complex problems, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Credentials: An active SAP certification in a relevant module is highly valued.
