Procurement and Logistics Coordinator Full-Time | OnsiteOur client, a growing organization in the restoration and construction sector, is looking to add a detail-driven and proactive Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-focused environment and enjoys playing a key role in keeping operations moving efficiently.About the OpportunityIn this role, you will support day-to-day purchasing, vendor coordination, and material logistics for multiple ongoing projects. Youll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure orders are accurate, timelines are met, and inventory needs are fully supported. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and building strong vendor relationships.What Youll Be Doing Coordinate purchasing activities, including placing orders for materials, tools, and equipment Review quotes, compare pricing, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective decisions Track orders, deliveries, and project-specific material requirements Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse staff with stock movement and documentation Read and interpret job scopes, material lists, and project requirements to plan procurement needs Communicate with project managers and site staff to ensure materials arrive as needed Troubleshoot delays, backorders, or discrepancies and provide solutions proactively Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external vendorsWhat You Bring 35 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination Experience in restoration, construction, or trades-related environments is an asset Proficiency using procurement or inventory management systems and Office 365 Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Experience reviewing quotes, comparing pricing, and negotiating with suppliers Ability to understand job scopes, material lists, and operational requirements Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and professionalism in vendor interactions Valid Drivers LicenseWhy Join Our Client Opportunity to play a key operational role in a growing organization Collaborative, supportive work environment Room for career development as the company expandsIf you're a hands-on, organized professional who enjoys owning the procurement process from start to finish, wed love to hear from you.
