LeverageTek Staffing Solutions is actively seeking an Activation Specialist for a Permanent role contract with it''s Vancouver based customer. Work Location Remote (Working in Eastern Standard Time Zone) Key Tasks Manage 4+ customer activations at a time over a structured 4-week onboarding process. Lead kickoff meetings, configure systems, support data migration, and coordinate integrations. Deliver training sessions and guide customers through successful launch. Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve processes. Work with accounting firms and third-party vendors as needed. Continuously improve implementation processes and contribute to customer success initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and consistent experience. Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout implementation. Key Qualifications 2+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding or customers success roles (SaaS preferred). Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong communication and training skills with proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Qualifications Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, automation, or dealership operations. Familiarity with data migration, accounting workflows, or integrations. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset. Experience in the dealership or automotive-adjacent industry is an asset. Familiarity with accounting integrations or Salesforce-based systems is a plus. Experience managing multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment. Highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable with data management. Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience.
