Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Senior Solutions Architect to meet with customers to provide pre-sales analysis, design, recommendations, and justification for customized solutions within the customers environment. Responsibilities - Work with Account Executives to develop customer relationships and high-level solutions to assist in the sales process - Define and design technology solutions to assist the customer in meeting their business objectives - Create and deliver customer-facing presentations - Ability to meet customer goals and objectives for the project within budget and on time - Work closely with the Account Executives, manufacturer partners, and the customer to ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation and support - Provide detailed design documentation, including diagrams detailing configurations and the installation process - Produce accurate Bill of Materials and Statements of Work - Must be a team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level - Able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a fast-paced environment - Strong technical expertise and sales acumen - Experience in systems analysis and design, with a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies - Experience in a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment preferred - Perform other duties as required and/or assigned - Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience - 7+ years of Datacenter Architecture experience - Expert-level knowledge and experience with the design and implementation of the following: - Certifications - Cybersecurity - Cloud - Compute - Private Datacenter - Networking - Cloud - Storage - Replication - Malware Prevention - Routing and switching solutions - Network Access Control - Load Balancing/Application Delivery Controllers - Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without the need for sponsorship now or in the future EEO StatementCalian Corp. is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
