Toronto, ON - Hybrid (Remote and In Person) Kegshoe builds software that power beverage logistics across North America. From keg tracking platforms to CRM tools and beyond, we design products that help breweries, distributors, and hospitality partners run more efficiently. We are hiring an Associate Product Owner who wants to take a handson endtoend role in shaping new features and product directions. This position is ideal for someone who loves technology, design, and business, and is motivated to see their ideas brought to life in real operational environments. The ideal candidate is energized by supporting local small businesses, especially craft beverage producers, bars/restaurants, and/or logistics operators, and wants to build tools that help those businesses thrive. This is a hybrid role with regular inperson collaboration at our Toronto West End workspace. Role Summary As an Associate Product Owner, you will support the full lifecycle of our products, from discovery and research through prototyping, execution, marketing and release. You will collaborate closely with the team and customers to understand problems, shape solutions, and help bring new features to market. This role is designed for someone excited to learn product and business craft through doing: interviewing users, mapping workflows, shaping features, prototyping, iterating, and ultimately bringing ideas into the world. Key Responsibilities - Product Discovery & User Research - Feature Definition & Product Requirements - Prototyping & Experimentation (experience with tools like Figma or Lovable are a plus) - CrossFunctional Collaboration to support Marketing, Sales & Launch - Product Delivery & Iteration Qualifications Required: - Experience contributing to or shipping real products, projects, or startup ideas. - Demonstrated interest in product development, including research, UX, and iterative problemsolving. - Ability to create or work with prototypes (Figma, diagrams, basic mockups). - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Curiosity about technology, logistics, hospitality, or related sectors. - Ability to work parttime onsite in Toronto West End. - Genuine appreciation for local small businesses and independent operators. Preferred: - Passion for craft beer, restaurants, or hospitality industries. - Exposure to product management, product design, or earlystage environments. - Exposure to SaaS marketing and sales processes. - Comfort with basic technical concepts (APIs, workflows, data structures). - Basic SQL or familiarity with analytics tools.
