As Distribution Manager at our Milton warehouse, you'll help oversee our expansive 1 million squarefoot facilities stocked with over 43,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. Position Responsibilities - Guide all aspects of daytoday warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments. - Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and sameday shipping. - Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in the daily functions of a wellstructured, highperforming warehouse environment. Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred. - 10+ years of handson management experience in 500,000+ squarefoot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team. - Strong problemsolving and communication skills. - Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
