The Opportunity: TEAM LEAD - EAST - ATLANTIC - MUST HAVE ACCESS TO RELIABLE VEHICLE - APPROX $54,000 - $55,000/YEAR Position Summary: Our client is Coca-Cola, a tier one, beverage company with many trusted brands. Your role is to be the inventory expert! Through your detail-oriented, dependable, independent personality, you will assist in driving sales by reporting on whether the products are on the shelf, priced right and looking great! To do this, you will complete audits on Coca-Cola and competitive brand execution across multiple categories and manage a team of field representatives that will be doing the same. Said differently: WE need YOU to make sure our clients products OWN the category! What You Will Be Doing Day: - Compliance Audits at Grocery, Mass Merchandising, Drug, Convenience/Gas & Food Service locations - Product Distribution - Out of Stock - Display Execution - Pricing ComplianceInventory Assessment - POG Compliance - Competitive brand assessment - Product Quality Control - 100% call coverage - you will have a target # of audits to complete every day/week within your own territory. - Initial on-boarding of new field representatives along with ongoing coaching and support. - Administrative tasks related to this role. - Execute priorities as directed by your manager. - Communicate and problem solve any issues or concerns. - Travel to your teams territories to lead performance development process. - Complete assigned audits in your teams territories when there are vacancies.
