Siam Surgery is a semi-rural GMS practice which provides a high level of care to approximately 13,000 patients in Sudbury, Suffolk and its surrounding villages. The practice: - Stable Partnership of 3 GPs supported by a dedicated team including a Salaried GP, 5 ANP Ps and a strong nursing team - Part of a 2 practice PCN with an excellent team of multidisciplinary staff integrated into the practice including Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers and Care Coordinators - Large multi skilled non-clinical team - Rated good in all areas by CQC (full inspection September 2025) - High QOF achievement - Good reputation and high level of patient satisfaction - Not operating a total triage model We are a practice who listens to and respects the needs of our patients and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a full range of primary care services whilst ensuring the highest standards of care. Location: - Rented premises within Sudbury Community Health Centre which is a modern, well-equipped building with free onsite parking and is home to various other services; Community Nursing, West Suffolk Hospital Outpatients, Radiology, Midwifery, Phlebotomy, Adult Social Care, Mental Health Services, Health Visitors, School Nursing and Out of Hours provisions. - Sudbury is a historic market town on the River Stour, near to the North East Essex border. Close to the town of Bury St Edmunds and only 24 miles from the coast, Sudbury also has good connections with Cambridge and London.
