Position Summary The Manager, Business Intelligence and Reporting leverages data to generate insights, ensuring high-quality reporting and analysis. This role collaborates with various teams to support strategic decisionmaking, performance tracking, and stakeholder management. What youll do The Manager, Business Intelligence and Reporting works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and determine the appropriate analytics tools and metrics. The position involves identifying and validating data sources, ensuring data integrity, and producing intuitive visualizations and reports. The manager also trains team members on analytics platforms, maintains relationships with internal and external partners, oversees the quality of analysts output, administers vendor relationships, adheres to budget constraints, and drives strategic analysis and reporting to inform business decisions. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Statistics. - Extensive background in data and statistical analysis. - Handson experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL. - Sound knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting and model building (e.g., Cluster Analysis, PCA, Regression, LTV and Churn Modelling). - Experience working with survey data (Item analysis, Scale Reliability, Key Drivers) plus an appetite to combine with other data for advanced insights. - Exceptional storytelling and presentationbuilding skills, translating complex concepts into actionable insights. - Demonstrated knowledge of Strategic Workforce Planning. - Expertise in Business Intelligence Reporting with Tableau to drive insights. - Ability to build complex ETL pipelines to clean and fuse data together. The pay range for this position is $103,410.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
