A construction contractor client of ours is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team.The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting our estimators, project managers, and site superintendents throughout all phases of construction.Key Qualifications:0-2 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination in British Columbia.New build ICI or Residential experienceBCIT Diploma or Canadian Engineering Degree (Preferred)Primary Responsibilities:Provide administrative and coordination support to site superintendents and project managers across one or more projectsAssist project managers with meeting documentation, follow-ups with subcontractors, and organizing project materialsManage the distribution and tracking of shop drawingsIssue and follow up on site instructionsPackage:$60-70k salaryRRSP matching after 2 yearsBonus programme3 weeks vacationHealth and dental benefitsOption to work on site in the USA for 3-5 month period. This would include a 30% increase in pay, paid accommodation, travel and car as well as subsidized food and return flights every 3 weeks.
