**Job Title: Inventory Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming and outgoing shipments. The role involves preparing orders, maintaining inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse operations. **Responsibilities** Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of goods. Prepare and package outgoing orders, including labeling, palletizing, and coordinating with carriers. Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Warehouse Manager or Operations Team. Assist with inventory put away, cycle counts, and stock replenishment to maintain accurate records. Support warehouse team members in daily operations, including picking, packing, and staging orders. Maintain workflow efficiency to meet shipping and receiving deadlines. Uphold a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following safety policies and lean practices. Document maintenance and supply levels for shipping tools and equipment. Perform general warehouse duties as required. **Essential Skills** 1-3 years of experience in inventory management and shipping/receiving. Warehouse experience. Proficiency with ERP systems, including Netsuite.
