Senior Project Manager Water/Wastewater ConstructionWere seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a major water and wastewater infrastructure project based in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will be a Canadian citizen who is comfortable with semi regular travel to Arizona during the first six months of the role.Key Responsibilities:Lead planning, staffing, and execution of large-scale water/wastewater treatment projects.Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.Oversee project delivery using methods such as Progressive Design-Build, CM-at-Risk, or Design-Bid-Build.Ensure safety compliance and support technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:815 years of experience in heavy civil or industrial construction, with at least 3 years in water/wastewater projects.Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.Engineering or construction management degree (or equivalent experience).Willingness to travel regularly to Arizona during initial project phase.Compensation:Base salary range: $150,000 $225,000 USD, depending on experience.
