Job Description

Our client is a precision aerospace manufacturer producing complex, build-to-print components for global OEMs. With advanced machining technologies and an AS9100-regulated environment, we are expanding our programming group and hiring aSenior CNC Programmer to lead process development, machining optimization, and New Product Introduction support. This role is highly visible and critical to ensuring capability, schedule, and quality outcomes on new aerospace programs. Your Responsibilities - Program and optimize3-, 4- & 5-axis CNC machining operations - Lead machining readiness activities for new aerospace programs (NPI) - Review3D models and blueprints to determine machining strategies - Improvecycle time, tool life, sequencing, probing routines - Design and validatefixtures for precision workholding - SupportFAI / AS9102 machining validation and capability targets - Troubleshoot machining issues and guide corrective actions - Identify risk early and implement preventive measuresProvidementorship and technical direction to programmers and machinists - Ensure compliance withAS9100 and customer specifications - Communicate updates and risk to leadership teams Our Offer - Permanent, full-time position - Monday to Friday, day shift - Competitive salary: $120,000-$130,000 (based on experience) - Group benefits including health, dental, and life insurance - RRSP matching program - On-site parking - Work with advanced multi-axis machining and aerospace-grade materials - Lead high-impact NPI launches and machining strategy improvements - Strong technical team and collaborative culture Our Requirements - 10+ years CNC programming experience in aerospace or high-tolerance machining - Advanced CAM & simulation: Mastercam / Vericut - Strong experience withInconel, Titanium, and nickel-based alloys - Fanuc & Siemens control knowledge (macro programming an asset) - ExcellentGD&T and blueprint interpretation skills - Experience supportingFAI and build-to-print manufacturing - Strong communicator with acollaborative, team-first mindset Nice to Have - Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering - Experience designing and optimizing fixtures Contact We are committed to an inclusive and accessible recruitment experience.
