Featured on BBC Dragons' Den (2023), now in Sephora and expanding internationally.Role OverviewWere looking for a coordinator to support our content, influencer, seeding, and localisation initiatives in Canada. This role will help shape community-driven storytelling, ensure regional relevance, and strengthen our relationships with creators.This is a remote role ideally based in Toronto, with a commitment of 5 working days per week.The Ideal CandidateYou have a solid background in social media and experience working within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle. You know how to write sharp, clear briefs, manage content reviews with a meticulous eye, and identify creators who feel authentically on-brand. Youre proactive, confident in your decision-making, and comfortable building strong relationships with local influencers and partners.This is a mid-level role suited to someone whos ready to take ownership, meet clear KPIs, and move fast within a growing brand.Key ResponsibilitiesUGC and Influencer Content Management: Source, brief, and manage the delivery of high-quality user-generated content assets.Influencer Seeding: Coordinate and track monthly product send-outs to micro and mid-tier influencers, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery. Maintain the seeding database and manage tracking for our Canada influencer and seeding content through Archive.Market Localisation: Support with and manage local events when needed, and support with local retailers. Ensure cultural and linguistic relevance across Canadian audiences.Community & Activations: Support with GCC activations, local influencer initiatives, and support with community requests in the region.Local Social Media Advisory: Provide input on local social media trends, platform nuances, and content formats to ensure Hello Kleans campaigns resonate with local audiences.Reporting: Provide monthly reports on UGC, influencer engagement, and localisation projects. RequirementsMinimum 2-years experience in a similar role.The role is remote.Fluent in English.
