Partner with marketing and sales teams to align initiatives with operational goals. Identify and evaluate new food & beverage opportunities to support continued growth. Financial & Process Management Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial results to optimize revenues and margins. Ensure processes and systems support efficient, scalable operations. Lead programs for maintenance and replacement of assets and operating equipment. Uphold best-in-class workplace and safety practices. Requirements Post-secondary education in Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations ideally within upscale casual or luxury dining environments. Proven success developing and executing business plans and budgets. Strong financial and analytical skills with a focus on driving performance metrics. A guest-first mindset, with a passion for people and service excellence. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the business.
