We are seeking a Planner to join our Calgary-based team. This position will play a key role in upholding industry standards and ensuring effective planning activities throughout the project. Key Responsibilities Develop and monitor the Construction Execution schedule. Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction management plans and schedules. Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency are considered in the planning process to guarantee results. Identify specific risks associated with executing planned activities. Link and analyze schedules, tasks, and resources to generate realistic results based on final work plans. Generate project schedule deliverables and associated resource forecasts. Provide hands-on technical and construction expertise for the control aspect of construction management.Maintain on-going project schedules by interfacing with engineers and managers to obtain progress information.Update and document progress schedules weekly, or as required, to ensure all deadlines are met. Modify, adjust, and seek continuous improvement of work plans as necessary.Facilitate regular meetings to proactively resolve planning conflicts across multiple disciplines.Participate in management-level presentations where planning and scheduling is required.Demonstrate strong leadership skills while working in the field.Perform any relevant work-related duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of related experience in a similar position considered an asset.University Degree or College Diploma preferred.Proven experience developing and maintaining construction execution schedules in complex, multi-discipline environments.Demonstrated ability to analyze schedules, resource allocations, and work plans to produce data-driven forecasts.Excellent communication skills.Strong proficiency in English.
