We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to keep our division running smoothly and efficiently. As the Divisional Office Manager, you will be the go-to person for ensuring seamless operations in our Yellowknife office. You will work closely with the Director of Environmental Protection and Waste Management, providing essential administrative support, coordinating projects, and managing critical information systems, including our electronic hazardous waste and spills databases. This is more than just an office role; you will be a key player in supporting environmental initiatives, responding to public inquiries, and conducting research that helps shape decisions. Plus, you will supervise one employee who assists with data entry, giving you leadership experience in a collaborative environment.
