It's a founding stake in our studio.Title: Senior Product ManagerLocation: RemoteDepartment: Product & StrategyReports To: Chief Product OfficerOverviewThis role is an equity-based position. Compensation consists of equity today, potential token-based rewards pending approvals, and salary that begins when revenue milestones are reached. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required.Role SummaryThe Senior Product Manager will serve as the product (and project) lead for a specific project critical to the success of our startup. This includes defining the product direction, writing business requirements, creating functional specs, maintaining timelines, coordinating with developers, project management, and ensuring delivery of the product from concept through launch and iteration.ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & ExecutionServe as the primary owner of a defined product or project.Translate goals into detailed requirements, documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Build and maintain project timelines and schedules.Oversee sprint planning, progress tracking, and day-to-day execution with engineering, design, and project management.Roadmap & PrioritizationDefine and manage the product roadmap.Break down initiatives into actionable tasks and prioritize based on impact, dependencies, and available resources.User & Market InsightConduct user interviews and gather customer feedback.Perform competitive analysis and basic validation of product assumptions.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and leadership throughout the product lifecycle.Ensure readiness for launch, including documentation, support planning, and go-to-market coordination.Communication & ReportingProvide clear and concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.Surface risks, blockers, and required decisions in a timely manner.Prepare status reports and milestone reviews.Launch & IterationManage pre-launch, beta testing, and general release activities.Track product performance and lead ongoing improvements.Qualifications5+ years of product management experience in technology, gaming, or related fields.Experience leading a product or project from concept through launch.Strong requirements-writing and documentation skills.Experience building timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing delivery.Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.Comfortable working in an equity-first compensation structure.PreferredBachelors or Masters degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience launching products with meaningful user adoption.CompensationEquity-Based Role: Compensation is equity-first.Token Incentives: Potential token rewards pending regulatory approval.Salary Start: Salary begins when revenue and user-growth milestones are reached.Time Requirement: Minimum 20 hours/week.Perks: Remote work, flexible schedule, and access to internal programs and events.
