This role ensures accurate account management, adherence to program policies, and excellent client service.Key Duties:Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, providing clear guidance on policies, procedures, and online account processes.Validate and assess client information to determine eligibility for child care programs and subsidies.Monitor and update client accounts, ensuring accurate payments and adjustments.Identify and analyze potential fraud cases and escalate as required.Maintain accurate records of interactions while ensuring confidential information is handled securely.Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.Requirements:Previous experience in a call centre or client service role preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret policies and procedures.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to handle high call volumes and resolve issues efficiently.Experience using CXone phone system.
