Archers Integrated Approach Program (IAP) unifies Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities on a single platform to support a more efficient, integrated risk management program across the organization. Key Project Focus IAP Resiliency Initiative This project aims to achieve compliance with OSFI E-21 and B-10 requirements by centralizing and connecting risk data. The goal is to enhance data management, governance, mapping, and ingestion effortsultimately improving data quality and completeness for better-informed decision-making. Typical Day in Role - Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Engage with business clients to gather requirements, prepare presentations, and review project plans and status updates. - Analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across various teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, technology teams, and project sponsors. - Support data migration, integration, and conversion processes. - Create workflow diagrams, use cases, and data flow diagrams to support technical documentation. - Perform QA duties including writing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results. - Assist in project management activities such as timeline tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates effectively through written and verbal channels. - Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to improve platform functionality and user experience. Candidate Requirements Must-Have Skills - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 2+ years on the Archer Platform - Experience with QA testing: writing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Familiarity with Archer platform capabilities, features, and limitations - Proficiency in data analysis and documentation tools - Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities Nice-to-Have Skills - Archer Admin Certification Education Requirements - Bachelors degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
