Who you are You are a seasoned security professional with deep expertise in architecture, engineering, threat detection, and risk management. You bring a strategic mindset and handson experience designing and implementing enterprisewide security frameworks that protect complex environments cloud, onpremises, and hybrid. You thrive in fastpaced settings where proactive threat detection and rapid incident response are critical. You know how to build and refine detection capabilities, lead investigations, and coordinate crossfunctional teams during highpressure situations. Youre skilled in vulnerability management, from assessments and penetration testing to remediation planning and tool optimization. You take a riskbased approach to security, balancing technical rigor with business context. Youre also wellversed in compliance and regulatory frameworks like SOC2, ISO27001, and GDPR. You understand how to translate requirements into actionable policies and support audit readiness with clear documentation and process maturity. Above all, youre a collaborative leader who can guide teams, influence stakeholders, and continuously evolve security practices to meet the needs of a growing organization. What you will do - Design and implement enterprisewide security architectures and frameworks. - Develop and maintain security standards, policies, and procedures. - Engineer security solutions for cloud, onpremises, and hybrid environments. - Conduct security assessments of existing systems and propose remediation strategies. - Monitor security events and investigate potential incidents. - Develop and refine detection rules and threat hunting capabilities. - Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with crossfunctional teams. - Perform forensic analysis and postincident reviews. - Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. - Prioritize and coordinate remediation efforts across teams. - Manage security scanning tools and maintain vulnerability databases. - Develop and maintain policies, standards, and controls aligned to frameworks like ISO27001, NISTCSF, and SOC2. Ensure compliant with regulatory requirements. - Translate complex risks into actionable guidance. Lead crossfunctional initiatives and promote a culture of shared security ownership.
